Greg Parry, PT, MS, CSCS is our clinical director and has earned degrees from UCLA and Duke University. He has completed an extensive post-graduate education in orthopedic rehabilitation, exercise science and manual therapy. His resume includes experience in orthopedic, sports medicine and neurological settings and he has honed his skills on five different continents. His unique and progressive treatment philosophy is further influenced by his experiences as a former professional athlete, coach, consultant and educator. Greg is a Titleist Performance Institute certified professional and is fluent in Italian and conversational in Spanish and Danish. Outside of the clinic, Greg might be found doing a favorite pastime, such as spending time with his family or on the golf course.

Madelynn (Maddie) Spalding, DPT graduated from the University of the Pacific with an undergraduate degree in Sports Medicine in 2015. She then returned to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2018. Her orthopedic-focused clinical rotations exposed her to diverse cases, ranging from total knee replacements to neurological diseases and young athletes returning to the field. This breadth of experience is evident in her ability to effectively treat a wide range of patients. Throughout her professional journey, Maddie has immersed herself in continued education courses alongside a rigorous mentorship program. She has derived an eclectic treatment philosophy from her experiences, ensuring she delivers optimal and well-rounded care to her patients. Outside of work, Maddie loves spending time with her young son, husband and dog. She loves to cheer for Bay Area sports teams, enjoys traveling, gardening, and has a keen interest in viticulture.

Meghan Fuccella, DPT, completed her undergraduate coursework at the University of Hawaii at Hilo and California State University, Chico where she attained a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. She subsequently earned her Doctorate of Phyiscal Therapy from California State University, Sacramento. Throughout her professional career she has compeleted several continuing education courses in orthopedic techniques and had the opportunity to intern at the Kaiser Vallejo Rehabilitation Clinic, specializing in treating neurological disorders. While away from work she enjoys gardening, hiking and lots of park time with her family.

Kelly Sattler-Petrocchi, DPT received her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in child development from Sacramento State. She then earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at University of Pacific in Stockton. She has developed her practice philosophy and treatment techniques while specializing in outpatient orthopedics in facilities from the Bay Area to Nashville, Tennessee. Her passion for children has given her the opportunity to practice globally, including in the Dominican Republic, where she assessed and provided wheelchairs for underprivileged and disabled children. Kelly has continued to hone her orthopedic skills locally in her return to the city of trees, both at Shriners Hospitals for Children and at Parry Physical Therapy, where she’s treated a magnitude of patients with unique and complex diagnoses. These experiences have exposed her to the most cutting edge trends in evidence-based practice.
